Stitch lets the machine stitch into the fabric once. You will recognise this as a black point on your screen.
Example
Usually you combine stitch with a loop and a move-brick. With this you can create a seam:
This script stitches the fabric and then moves the needle 10 steps. This will be repeated 20 times. After that the machine will turn left and continue to stitch a square. The wait-brick is just to better see the result.
