The arcsin(a) function is the inverse function of the sin(α).

You can use this function when having an equation like this: sin(α) = 0,5. You can use the arcsin, arcsin(sin(α)) = arcsin(0,5) <=> α = arcsin(0,5) <=> α = 30°.

Tip: arcsin(a) is the same as sin^(-1) (a).
